Privacy
Last updated 3 September 2026. Plain English first, then the detail.
The short version
If you fill in our form we get your business name, trade, town, your name, email and, if you give it, your phone number and current website. We use those to build your free homepage preview and send you the link, and to talk to you about it if you reply. We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them with anyone except the service that delivers the form to our inbox.
Who we are
Bricks and Pixels, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@bricksandpixels.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Form details, as above, to build and send your preview (our legitimate interest in responding to your request, and taking steps at your request before any contract). Anything you send us by email, to reply to you. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which processes the submission to pass it on. Your details are then held in our email and working files while we build your preview and for up to 12 months afterwards so we can pick the conversation back up, after which we delete them unless you have become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us using it, at any time, by emailing the address above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this page we'll update the date at the top.
